07/2008 - 11/2015: Project Manager – Designer for retail and department stores at Notos Com Holdings S.A., Athens, for projects in Greece, Cyprus and the Balkans. My responsibilities included:
- surveying the assigned stores and preparing the construction drawings,
- liaising with all internal functions involved in the project (commercial, marketing, VM, IT etc.) to finalise the drawings,
- budgeting of the projects,
- construction management: sourcing and selecting sub-contractors (gypsum-board installers, electricians, plumbers, painters, carpenters etc.), organising the realisation of the projects and supervising on site, ensuring that deadlines, budget and quality standards were met,
- sourcing the local and international market for the best possible materials and suppliers,
- communicating with brand partners to meet all design criteria,
- head of maintenance for the company's headquarters, retail stores and department stores,
- developing as-built drawings.

Main projects at Notos Com Holdings:
2013 - 2014: Notos Galleries department store, Sofia Ring Mall, Sofia, Bulgaria (6,500 sqm). Architectural design and construction supervision, commercial segmentation of the net sales area, technical and construction specifications of the department store, coordination of the design submission procedure and scheduling of the tenants' construction and furniture installation to ensure compliance with the specifications and the opening date, and liaising with the marketing department so that all promotional areas and window displays were ready for the opening.
2010 - 2011: Headquarters of Notos Com Holdings S.A., Athens. Architectural design and construction supervision of the company's wholesale showrooms (3,500 sqm), supervision of the building's construction (total surface 10,000 sqm), design and implementation of the workspace layout (250 workstations) and handover of the building's technical services from the construction company.
