The technical office “Visvikis & Barlou – Engineers & Architects” has been operating as an independent office since late 2004, undertaking the design, supervision and construction of building projects.

In more detail, it has the know-how and the capacity to carry out all the studies required for the proper construction or renovation of a building, such as:

- Topographical surveys/diagrams.
- Architectural design with bioclimatic principles.
- Interior design.
- Structural and earthquake resistant design.
- Energy performance studies.
- Electromechanical installation design.

One of its main activities is also the construction and renovation of retail stores, as well as the manufacture of furniture and equipment for these stores.
